The following is an agenda from a public meeting for the West Toronto Initiative for Solar Energy (WISE) project, that occurred after preferred vendors for project had been chosen. Its objective was to introduce the vendors to the community, discuss specific pricing for systems, and sign
up homeowners for site inspections with vendors. The meeting took the form of a solar fair that allowed community members to speak face to face with vendors and see their products. This format is also applicable to groups that choose to allow multiple vendors to participate in their solar project.
