·      HERE! has its first GeoTour
Are you thinking about a cost-effective, greener, and more efficient way to heat and cool your home? HERE! will be having its first ever Geothermal Information Session and GeoTour in Georgetown on Thursday, August 12 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. HERE!’s thermal technology specialist, Chris Braekevelt, will be giving an in-depth presentation on geothermal heating/cooling systems for your home, he will show you an actual geothermal system and its components, and will be answering any questions you may have. ·      HERE! Focus Group
Come join us for an evening of discussion surrounding the HERE! Project. We are looking for feedback on topics such as: What can we do to make the HERE! experience more valuable? How effective are we at keeping you up to date on renewable energy issues? The focus group takes place in downtown Oakville on Thursday August 19 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Refreshments will be provided. ·      HERE! Solar Tour
Our July solar tour has been cancelled. Our next solar tour will be on Sunday, August 29. Location to be announced.
·      HERE! Renewable Energy Fair
HERE! will be having a renewable energy fair on Saturday September 11 from 1:00-4:00 at the Halton Regional Centre on Bronte Road in Oakville. There will be solar and geothermal vendor displays and workshops on solar, geothermal, and energy conservation. This is sure to be an exciting event for those of you that want to connect directly with vendors or participate in our workshops.
